Southern Utah, Stanford win team titles at 2023 Super 16 presented by Ozone
Killough-Wilhelm, Widner nab all-around crowns on event’s first day
LAS VEGAS, Nevada, January 6, 2023 – At the halfway point of the 2023 Super 16 sponsored by Ozone, Southern Utah University and Stanford University won the Session 1 and Session 2 team titles, respectively, on the first of two days of competition at the largest women’s collegiate gymnastics invitational, held at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Skylar Kilough-Wilhelm of the University of North Carolina and Chloe Widner of Stanford claimed the all-around crowns for Sessions 1 and 2, respectively. Fisk University made collegiate gymnastics history when it became the first Historically Black College and University to compete in a women’s collegiate meet. Competition continues tomorrow with the final two sessions at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tickets are available at OrleansArena.com.

The Big Ten Network is providing live coverage of the entire competition. Fans will hear expert analysis from a talented group of commentators: Olympic gold medalist Laurie Hernandez, three-time Olympian John Roethlisberger, well-known coaches D-D Breaux, Dana Duckworth, Jess Graba. Roethlisberger, Breaux and Graba will cover both Jan. 7 sessions. Hernandez will join Roethlisberger in the announcer booth for Session 4, with Duckworth joining him for Session 3. Breaux and Graba will provide the coaches perspective.
The Big Ten Network will air live coverage of Sessions 4, and Session 3 will be livestreamed on B1G+ on Jan. 7, with a delayed telecast slated for Sunday, Jan. 8, at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT on the Big Ten Network. Additionally, the live coverage of Session 4 will be livestreamed on the FoxSports app.
